Meet the therapist

Amy Harlow is the owner and therapist of Harlow Wellness. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Education and extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and parents navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

Amy takes an affirming, solution-focused approach to therapy, helping clients better understand their nervous systems, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. She believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and empowering—meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be.

Amy has a particular passion for working with individuals and families affected by ADHD, including supporting overwhelmed parents in developing calmer, more connected homes. Her work is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

At Harlow Wellness, Amy strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, understood, and equipped with tools they can use in everyday life.
